Mr E. Pollendine
Inkersall Mr Edgar Pollendine, of Inkersall, has died at Walton Hospital, aged 90.
Born on St. Johns Road, Chesterfield and a local resident all his life, he was a blacksmith until his retirement.
Mr Pollendine was a member of Ireland Colliery Band and enjoyed word searches, playing the piano and watching television.
The widower of Ena, he leaves two sons Alec and Leslie, daughter-in-law Coral, one grandchild and three great grandchildren.
The funeral has taken place.
